Good Quality, Install Directions Need Improvement |

Overall the ACS seems to be very good quality and does what it says its supposed to do. In terms of fabrication, the only downside is that there seems to be a larger gap at the one tab that the chute blocker attaches to than the other. The weldment seems to be off a bit and if you tighten down the bolts like the direction say, you will bend the tabs. This can be easily fixed with an additional nylon washer/spacer or two, however these are not provided. I would have given this 5 stars if it was not for the fact I had to go get additional parts to fix this. I also bought a couple extra nuts and washers to keep the one end of the spring securely in place and prevent it from walking during operation. The install directions are pretty much useless and the online video is not much more help. Thankfully I am a member of a Bad Boy Mower group on Facebook and people had pictures of dealer installed ACS systems which I used to make sure mine was installed correctly.
