Shipment/Customer service fail. March 2, 2026 Reviewer: TC   I choose to have my order shipped to my home address. To which i have never had a issue getting packages from any carrier. 4 days after my order shipped I tracked the order with the given tracking number on FedEx. It came back as on hold at a FedEx location for pickup in a different city. I contacted FedEx and they said that it was a bad tracking number they could not see any details in their system although I saw some online. They told me to contact the shipper. I did so on a friday morning. By friday evening I got a response that they are looking into it. Monday after I still haven't heard anything so I asked if their was any update. Still no response. My order shipped 5 days ago and I still dont know where it is or have heard anything from customer service. They shipped my order the day after I placed it which was awesome and if it had arrived when and how it was suppose to it would have been a great experience.Still nothing about a 200+ dollar order. Replacement battery hold down bracket April 20, 2025 Reviewer: Gregory Waldron from Marble Falls, TX United States   Had to replace the battery bracket I cracked (my fault) when I was changing the battery.  Easy to order, part arrived quickly, fit perfectly.  No complaints.
